I think a lot of companies what they’ll do is they’ll have town hall meetings, or a quarterly touch base, maybe a monthly call but usually they are not very interactive and they don’t give you the information that you really want to know about.

We want to make sure that everyone knows what’s happening and what we are trying to do to improve the employee experience across the board”
