New office expands XtendOps reach in Jalisco

Puerto Vallarta, MX – December 1, 2021 – XtendOps, a leading provider of customer experience and call center services opened its new flagship operations center in Puerto Vallarta. This is the third office expansion this year in Mexico joining existing teams in Monterey and Guadalajara as the company expands its footprint and near-shore operations.

We have the opportunity to further expand staffing and capabilities in our customer experience and professional services departments, as well as increase our ability to service current and future markets.”

With an initial headcount of 36, the office plans to double capacity in the coming months as construction on additional floors comes to completion.
